All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its components (including all intellectual property rights) will remain with and belong exclusively to Cinetrade.

5. User Conduct

a. Users must not misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation.

b. Prohibited activities include

1. Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the app for any unauthorized commercial purpose or financial gain without prior written consent from Cinetrade.

2. Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group, including other users and Cinetrade staff.

4. Fraudulent Behavior: Participating in any fraudulent behavior, including manipulating app functionalities, falsifying information, or conducting scams.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including pirating content or using the service to distribute unauthorized intellectual property.

6. Data Mining and Scraping: Using any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or data mining tools, to collect information from the service without express permission from Cinetrade.

7. Security Breaches: Attempting to breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures of the app.

8. False Information: Knowingly providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information on the app.

9. Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.

11. Distribution of Harmful Code: Distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code that may damage or interfere with the operation of the service or any user's device.

12. Modification of the App: Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the Cinetrade App.

13. Interference with Other Users' Enjoyment: Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts another user's enjoyment of the service.

14. Violation of Laws and Regulations: Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

15. Manipulation of the Service: Manipulating the outcomes of services provided by Cinetrade, including prediction mechanisms, through unauthorized methods such as hacking or collusion.

The Cinetrade App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cinetrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinetrade from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of their breach of these Terms, or their violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
